Sales Consultant Η Interkitchen, μία από τις πλέον καταξιωμένες εταιρείες στον χώρο του σχεδιασμού και της κατασκευής εξατομικευμένων λύσεων επίπλωσης και εσωτερικών χώρων στην Κύπρο, αναζητά νέο συνεργάτη για τη στελέχωση του Showroom της στη Λευκωσία. Το άτομο που θα επιλεγεί ιδανικά πρέπει να συνδυάζει δημιουργικότητα, εμπορική αντίληψη και άριστες δεξιότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
Υποδοχή και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών στο showroom.
Διερεύνηση αναγκών και παρουσίαση προτεινόμενων λύσεων κουζίνας, επίπλων μπάνιου, ντουλαπών και ειδικών ξυλουργικών κατασκευών.
Σχεδιασμός λύσεων μέσω εξειδικευμένου λογισμικού σχεδιασμού και παρουσίαση προτάσεων στους πελάτες.
Συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία και παρουσίαση οικονομικών προσφορών.
Παρακολούθηση προσφορών και διαχείριση επικοινωνίας με πελάτες.
Διασφάλιση της ομαλής εξέλιξης κάθε έργου μέχρι την τελική παράδοση.
Υποστήριξη πελατών μετά την πώληση και ανάπτυξη μακροχρόνιων σχέσεων συνεργασίας.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Προϋπηρεσία σε πωλήσεις ή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
Εμπειρία στον χώρο των κουζινών, επίπλων ή εσωτερικής διακόσμησης.
Γνώση σχεδιαστικών προγραμμάτων όπως 2020 Design, Spazio 3D, 1992 Infowood, AutoCAD, SketchUp ή άλλων αντίστοιχων εφαρμογών.
Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
Επαγγελματική παρουσία και προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
Καλή γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών.
Καλή γνώση MS Office.

English Version Interkitchen, one of the most established companies in Cyprus in the design and manufacture of custom furniture and interior solutions, is seeking a new team member to join its Showroom in Nicosia.
The successful candidate should ideally combine creativity, commercial awareness, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions for kitchens, bathroom furniture, wardrobes, and bespoke joinery projects.
Design solutions using specialized design software and present proposals to customers.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of quotations.
Follow up on quotations and maintain communication with customers.
Ensure the smooth progression of each project through to final delivery.
Provide after-sales support and develop long-term customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in sales or customer service.
Experience in the kitchen, furniture, or interior design industry.
Knowledge of design software such as 2020 Design, Spazio 3D, 1992 Infowood, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar applications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset.
Good command of both Greek and English.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Additional Qualifications
Studies related to Interior Design or a relevant field.
