What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers, in store, on the phone, and online, guiding them to the right solution, resolving issues with care, and delivering an experience that builds lasting loyalty
- Know our products inside out while staying current on new developments in our portfolio and the wider telecoms landscape
- Spot opportunities, drive sales, and take ownership of your contribution to the team’s performance
- Handle payments, invoices, cash reconciliation, and customer records accurately and in line with company procedures
- Show up as a reliable, collaborative teammate, sharing insights, supporting the team, and helping us continuously raise the bar
You Will Succeed in This Role If You Have:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
- A customer-first mindset with a commercial approach
- Motivation to learn, grow, and perform in a target-driven environment
- Confidence using digital tools and systems
- Fluency in Greek and good command of English
