On behalf of our client, a leading International Group of Companies in the Oil and Gas sector, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Engineer to join their expanding team based at their headquarters in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Sales Engineer – Ref. (6240/SE/ESS/CY)
Key Responsibilities:
This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong engineering background and a passion for business development, customer relationship management, and operational excellence.
Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners within your territory.
Maximize the commercial potential of each site in your assigned area.
Develop individual site targets and comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each location.
Manage the territory budget effectively, ensuring maximum revenue generation from all designated sites.
Ensure consistent implementation of high standards in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) across all sites by:
Demonstrating a strong commitment to HSSE policies and procedures.
Ensuring full compliance with safety, petroleum, environmental, food hygiene, and trading standards and regulations.
Clearly communicating HSSE responsibilities to retail outlet dealers and staff, ensuring their proper implementation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other related Engineering disciplines.
3–5 years of professional experience in sales or a technical/engineering role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
Sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Strong team collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic working environment.
Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
