On behalf of our client, a leading International Group of Companies in the Oil and Gas sector, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Engineer to join their expanding team based at their headquarters in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Sales Engineer – Ref. (6240/SE/ESS/CY)

Key Responsibilities:

This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong engineering background and a passion for business development, customer relationship management, and operational excellence.

• Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners within your territory.

• Maximize the commercial potential of each site in your assigned area.

• Develop individual site targets and comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each location.

• Manage the territory budget effectively, ensuring maximum revenue generation from all designated sites.

• Ensure consistent implementation of high standards in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) across all sites by:

• Demonstrating a strong commitment to HSSE policies and procedures.

• Ensuring full compliance with safety, petroleum, environmental, food hygiene, and trading standards and regulations.

• Clearly communicating HSSE responsibilities to retail outlet dealers and staff, ensuring their proper implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other related Engineering disciplines.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in sales or a technical/engineering role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Strong team collaboration and relationship-building skills.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.

• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic working environment.

• Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
