Generate and follow up on leads through the company
To provide sales & marketing material for all residential projects
Conduct site and property tours and make presentations for prospective buyers
Provide customers with sales and marketing material and project features
To profile all direct customers with requirements and identify suitable projects to present
Handle negotiations with buyers within the guidelines set by the company
Answer any questions relating to the construction work, financing, maintenance and repairs, property management, as well as the details involving and comprising the project
Responsible for agreed Inspection viewings and follow-up with clients
To diligently follow the sales strategy, tactics, sales plans, and Inspection/presentation and viewings
Data input and updating information onto the CRM
Stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry
Requirements:
Min 3 years’ experience in Executive Sales
Fluency in Greek and English
