Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client inquiries.
- Conduct property presentations and viewings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
- Assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management teams.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not required.
