Prepare quotations and sales orders.
Follow up on customer inquiries and pending quotations.
Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding product availability and deliveries.
Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Job Requirements
• Fluent in Greek and English, both spoken and written. • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Customer-oriented with a professional attitude and appearance. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and CRM systems. • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
