Full-Time Sales Representative – HO.RE.CA.
Locations: Limassol and Famagusta Area/Larnaca

Wine and More is seeking motivated and customer-oriented professionals to join our growing team. This full-time role combines responsibilities in our wine boutique with representing our brand within the HO.RE.CA. sector. As a premier wine retailer, we proudly offer an extensive selection of wines, champagnes, spirits, and premium beverages sourced from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned region to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct daily client meetings and product presentations.
• Drive sales growth and expand the customer portfolio.
• Maintain organized records of client communication and sales progress.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and tailored offers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized client solutions.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills (previous experience and/or portfolio will be considered an advantage).
• Results-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
• High level of creativity, initiative, and self-motivation.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Valid work permit for Cyprus.
• Valid EU driving license and willingness to travel.
• European citizenship or valid EU work permit

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the HO.RE.CA. industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (considered an advantage).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek language
• Knowledge of wine and spirits (considered an advantage).
• Proficiency in the Russian language (considered an advantage).
