Position: Sales Representative
Salary: €1000 - 1500 net base + performance bonuses
Remote sales representatives based in Cyprus

What you'll earn:
As part of our sales team, based on your experience, our net monthly salary range is:
€1,000 - €1,500 net monthly salary + guaranteed monthly performance bonuses

Your role is to start meaningful conversations, understand what's holding businesses back, and demonstrate how Core Migration can help them move forward. No two business owners have exactly the same challenges. That's why this role rewards curiosity, communication skills, and the ability to build trust. Every conversation will be an opportunity to create value for a client and for you to grow your own success at the same time.
What you'll be expected to do
• Speak with prospective clients through inbound and outbound communication
• Understand client needs and presenting suitable recruitment solutions
• Build strong relationships based on trust, professionalism, and credibility
• Manage and follow up on opportunities throughout the sales process
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records and organised communication
• Continuously develop your sales and industry knowledge with our support

Requirements
• Fluent Greek and English
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is an advantage
