Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Install, upgrade, and configure SAP Business one on customers servers and clients
• Provide first and second level technical support on SAP Business One either through remote communication or onsite
• Set up and configure SAP Business One relate software. This may require basic use or adjustments of SQL queries
• Handle internal first level technical issues
• The successful candidate will be trained in the above responsibilities

 

Personal Requirements and Required Skills:
• Able to learn and apply new technologies
• High computer literacy
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Be able to multitask, work efficiently, work to close deadlines and handle challenging situations
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Energetic, enthusiastic, quick learner
• Be a team player
