We're looking for an experienced SAP Practice Manager to own delivery quality, client relationships, and technical direction across our portfolio of enterprise SAP technology projects.

This is a customer-facing, hands-on leadership role — you'll sit in front of C-level client stakeholders and steering committees while staying close enough to the technical detail to guide architecture decisions, unblock delivery issues, and hold your team to a high standard.

You'll report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the incoming COO, taking ownership of day-to-day project delivery so leadership can focus on strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary client-facing lead on major SAP technology projects, including SAP Cloud ERP, SuccessFactors, Analytics, BTP, Artificial Intelligence & Automation.
• Own delivery quality, timelines, and staffing allocation across concurrent, multi-country engagements
• Provide senior technical guidance on architecture, configuration, and integration decisions
• Manage escalations — both client-side and internal — before they require MD involvement
• Represent Supernova in steering committees, status calls, and executive-level client meetings
• Mentor and develop consulting staff; identify and close skill gaps within delivery teams
• Partner with the COO on resourcing, project governance, and methodology
• Support commercial activities: scoping, proposal input, and pre-sales technical credibility

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in SAP consulting/delivery, including senior functional or technical ownership of enterprise SAP projects – SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred
• Proven track record managing enterprise clients directly — comfortable owning executive relationships, not just internal delivery
• Strong technical grounding across at least two SAP modules/products (e.g., S/4HANA Public Cloud, SuccessFactors, BTP, Analytics Cloud, SAP AI)
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional consulting teams
• Willingness to travel across the region as project needs require
• Excellent English communication skills; Greek a plus

• Competitive base salary (€75,000–€95,000, commensurate with experience) plus performance-linked bonus
• Direct reporting line to the Managing Director, with a clear path into senior leadership as the firm scales its managed services practice

• Cyprus's favorable tax regime, including the 50% non-domicile income tax exemption for qualifying earners above €55,000/year [subject to eligibility]
