Job Description

Kazoulis Global Logistics Ltd is seeking to recruit a Sea Freight - Customer Service  Administrator. 

Responsibilities: 

• Handle rate requests & bookings with agents and shipping lines 

• Update system with cargo manifests 

• Communication with shipping lines 

• Preparation of customer & Customs documents (T2L, shippers invoices, packing lists, bill  of lading) 

• Invoicing of clients 

• Carry out any other assignment that the management will find appropriate to the Sea  Freight Administrator job. 

Requirements: 

• Working experience in a similar position 

• Knowledge of Freightplus & Customs system-Theseas, will be considered an advantage 

• Good communication skills of both English and Greek languages 

• Organizational skills 

• Ability to work as part of a team 

• Accuracy and an eye for detail 

• Good knowledge of MS Office
