Secretary (Nicosia)
Crowe Cyprus Limited is a leading accounting firm in Cyprus and an independent member of Crowe Global, ranked eighth largest accounting network in the world with over 200 independent accounting and advisory forms in 130 countries.
We are seeking to recruit a secretary to join our administrative team.
Key responsibilities:
· Providing secretarial and administrative support to partners and professional staff
· Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, email and telephone calls
· Managing filling systems (physical and electronic)
· Preparing and formatting documents, reports and engagement letters
· Scheduling meetings
· Assisting with invoicing and general office administration
Requirements:
· Diploma or degree in Secretarial Studies, Business administration or a related field
· Previous experience in a similar position (experience in an audit for professional services firm will be considered an advantage)
· Excellent command if Greek and English (written and spoken)
· Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook)
· Organised and reliable
· Professional appearance and attitude
