Job Description
Duties:
• Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone and answering any inquiries.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
• Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing documentation..
• Monitoring and ordering stationery and clinical supplies.
• Maintaining information confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience - at least 2 years in customer support
- Secretarial degree holder
- Knowledge of the English & Greek languages - both in writing and speaking
Working Hours
· Full Time: 40 hrs per week
· Monday to Friday 8:00-19:00 with rotating shifts- different start and end times on different days
