Job Overview

The new member of Security department will be responsible to Patrol and monitor premises to secure guest safety, prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

·       Carry out surveillance of company premises with the aid of CCTV system.

·       Work in command center watching CCTV to ensure the safety of hotel guest and hotel team members.

·       Patrol outdoors as well as room hallways and activity areas, such as the pool and spa.

·       Patrol and monitor premises to secure guest safety, prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.

·       Maintain a standard of punctuality and dependability of attendance and retain myself cleanliness, tidiness, neatness and appropriately attire.

·       Perform personal escorts, VIP services, and experience in controlling and deescalating physical altercations and accidents among customers and personnel.

Qualifications & Experience

·       Must speak and write Greek and English very well.

·       Proof of experience as a Security officer in a 5 / 4 Star Hotel /Resort

·       Holder of an EU passport is essential.

·       Clean Criminal record.

·       Knowledge of local laws.

·       Remarkable ability of security risk management.

·       Certified in recognized protection course / trainings, approved by local authorities.

·       Very good communication skills.

·       Working quickly without compromising quality

·       Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment.
