Job Description
Mitas Group is seeking to hire a full-time Senior Accountant for immediate employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/yearly financial planning.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and banking activities.
- Oversee general ledger functions and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, journal entries, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (ACCA, ACA, etc.) preferred but not required.
- 4–7+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of local taxation and social insurance laws.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
