We are a well-established and regulated Accounting, Audit and Corporate Services Firm based in Nicosia, seeking an experienced and motivated Accountant to join our growing team.

Your Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will manage your own portfolio of clients and be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting services with minimal supervision.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing complete accounting records and maintaining client books to an audit-ready standard.
• Processing payroll, including payroll calculations, submissions and payments (essential requirement).
• Preparing and submitting VAT and VIES returns accurately and within statutory deadlines.
• Managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day accounting matters.
• Liaising with clients to obtain accounting information and supporting documentation.
• Assisting and mentoring Junior Accountants where required.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax legislation and Company procedures.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in an accounting or audit firm.
• Ability to manage a client portfolio independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong practical accounting knowledge.
• Experience with accounting software (experience with Eurosoft will be considered a significant advantage).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Professional written and spoken communication in both Greek and English.
• Availability for full-time employment with an immediate or short-notice start preferred.
