Job Description

Easytech Group is a leading technology integrator delivering turnkey solutions for the hospitality industry, including hotel automation, IT infrastructure, networking, and technical support across Cyprus and abroad.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience, including exposure to inventory control within a project-based business, and will play a key role in the company’s daily accounting, reporting, and stock-related financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records in the company’s ERP system (SAP).
• Record day-to-day financial transactions, including supplier invoices, expenses, and payments.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding statements, reconciliations, balances, and payment schedules.
• Perform supplier and bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and the Sales team to issue Sales Invoices and follow up on collections.
• Process stock-related transactions in SAP (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, etc.).
• Support management with cost analysis and monitoring of stock movements.
• Work closely with the Inventory & Procurement Manager to ensure alignment between financial and stock data.
• Support physical stock counts.

Qualifications & Skills

• LCCI Higher, Diploma in Accounting, or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 3 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping, ideally within a company handling physical inventory and/or technical projects.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems including Inventory/Warehouse module (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
