Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- VAT & Tax Compliance: Prepare, review, and submit VAT returns, VIES, and ensure full compliance with local tax regulations.
- Real Estate Accounting: Manage property-related financial transactions, track rental income/expenses, and oversee property tax requirements.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain accurate financial records for investment portfolios and generate performance and financial reports for management.
- Payroll & HR Administration: Oversee and execute the end-to-end monthly payroll process, manage employee benefits, and handle submissions to labor authorities (e.g., ERGANI system).
- General Ledger: Maintain day-to-day accounting books (Double-entry/Category C books), reconcile bank accounts, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
