Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Design and develop solutions based on LLMs and Generative AI.

·         Build AI Agents and Agentic Workflows.

·         Develop and implement RAG pipelines.

·         Integrate AI solutions with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.

·         Build AI-driven automation for business and operational processes.

·         Develop Prediction, Scoring, Classification, and Recommendation capabilities.

·         Work with structured and unstructured data.

·         Build evaluation, monitoring, and performance measurement frameworks for AI systems.

·         Rapidly develop POCs and turn them into production-ready solutions.

·         Identify business processes that can be improved or automated using AI.

·         Collaborate with Product, Data, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.

·         Evaluate and implement new AI models, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

·         At least 5 years of software development experience, preferably with Python.

·         Strong experience in AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI.

·         Hands-on experience working with LLMs.

·         Proven experience building AI Agents.

·         Experience with RAG and Vector Databases.

·         Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

·         Strong experience working with APIs and data systems.

·         Experience deploying AI solutions into Production.

·         Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

·         Strong understanding of Data Architecture and System Integration.

·         Ability to translate business requirements into working technical solutions.

·         Experience in Fintech/Financial Services, particularly in high-scale or regulated environments, will be considered an advantage.

·         Experience with MLOps/LLMOps and AI-driven business process automation will be considered an advantage.

·         Technical leadership or mentoring experience will be considered an advantage.

·         High level of English.
