Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Develop client-specific audit strategies and methodologies.
• Lead and mentor audit teams, providing guidance, support, and technical advice while managing performance and fostering a collaborative environment.Allocate resources effectively and manage team performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact during audits, addressing concerns, and providing business insights.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of audit work and reports by reviewing and approving documentation and findings and implementing quality control procedures.
• Stay updated on auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends.
• Resolve complex audit issues and queries.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and clients, communicating findings and recommendations clearly and ensuring timely completion of reports.

Qualifications & Experience 

• ACCA/ACA/CPA qualified with proven experience managing complex audit engagements, leading teams and developing client relationships within a professional services environment
• Extensive experience with IFRS, Risk management policies, International Code of Ethics and AML procedures
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Greek.
• Strong business awareness and high ethical standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical judgment skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in auditing software, including Caseware, and excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
