INEX Group is a real estate development and construction group of companies delivering residential and commercial projects across Cyprus. We manage the full project lifecycle — from land acquisition and design to construction and delivery.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our Finance team in Paphos.

This role combines management reporting and financial control. You will work closely with the CFO and other finance functions, as well as development, sales and operational teams, providing financial insights that support both day-to-day and strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform variance analysis, identify key financial trends and provide actionable insights
• Prepare and analyse management reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts
• Work closely with development, sales and operational teams to analyse project performance and maximise project ROI
• Support the CFO with financial analysis and information required for strategic and investment decisions
• Coordinate closely with the accounting team to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data and reporting
• Work with external auditors, support reconciliations and preparation of financial information and documentation required for audits
• Communicate financial findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in Cyprus, with a strong understanding of Cyprus accounting and financial reporting requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial controlling, corporate finance, financial management, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Experience working with auditors and/or financial reporting processes would be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and translate financial data into clear business insights
• Strong communication skills in English, working knowledge of Russian would be a strong advantage
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in real estate, construction or project-based businesses would be an advantage
