Draft, review and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including service agreements, NDAs, lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, settlement agreements and corporate documentation.
Conduct legal due diligence on real estate assets, property transactions and corporate entities.
Review title deeds, planning permits, tenancy agreements, contracts and other property-related legal documentation.
Provide legal guidance to internal teams across asset management, property management, advisory and operations.
Support property acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and portfolio transactions.
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the business and ensure ongoing compliance.
Manage legal risks and assist in the resolution of disputes, claims and legal proceedings.
Liaise with external legal advisors, regulatory authorities, municipalities and government departments where required.
Support onboarding, transfers and legal processes relating to managed assets and client portfolios.
Requirements
Law degree from a recognised university.
Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience.
Strong knowledge of Cyprus property, contract and corporate law.
Excellent drafting, research and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work under deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in real estate, banking, insolvency, corporate or commercial law.
Experience supporting institutional clients, investment portfolios or large-scale property transactions.
Familiarity with GDPR, corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.
Experience reviewing tenancy agreements, title documentation and property-related contracts.
