Ella Jazz Bar is seeking an enthusiastic Waiter/Barman to support daily operations and deliver excellent food and beverage service. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a lively, fast-paced setting, values teamwork, and understands the importance of atmosphere, attention to detail, and customer care in a premium bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all customers
• Take orders accurately and serve drinks and food promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar and service areas
• Prepare and serve beverages according to house standards
• Communicate effectively with bar and kitchen staff
• Support the team during busy service hours and live music nights
• Handle guest requests professionally and ensure overall satisfaction
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Pleasant personality with a team-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of the English language
• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality role will be considered an advantage
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
