MK Marketing Solutions Ltd is seeking to hire an experienced Social Media Manager who resides in Cyprus and holds a valid driving license.
If you can think like a creator, write like a marketer, and execute like a strategist—this role is for you.
📋 Responsibilities:
• Create and manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn (ads, targeting, analytics).
• Graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator,Premier) for professional graphic design & social media posts.
• End-to-end management of clients' social media accounts—from strategy to publishing.
• Prepare monthly content plans (social media calendars): ideas, posts, reels, captions, hashtags & scheduling.
• Design and implement communication strategies aligned with each brand's goals (awareness, engagement, leads, sales).
• Develop content strategy across diverse client sectors (real estate, hospitality, retail, consulting, etc.).
• Write scripts for videos/reels and collaborate with the production team.
• Coordinate content creation with clients (ideas, briefs, guidance).
• Copywriting—captions, hooks
• Communicate with clients in Greek & English and support social engagement (comments, DMs, feedback).
• Client visits in Cyprus & on-site.
🎯 Qualifications:
• Previous experience in social media management is mandatory (agency or brand side).
• Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Creative writing in Greek & English.
• Proficiency with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier).
• Strong organization, reliability, and professional client communication.
• Must live in Cyprus & have a valid driving license.
• TikTok Ads & LinkedIn Campaign Manager will be considered an advantage
💡 Nice to have:
• Experience with TikTok short-form video production.
• Experience with professional videography and photography.
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects).
