Minthis is seeking to recruit passionate, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail Spa Therapist to join our growing team of people. The Spa Therapist will provide relaxation treatments to our guests according to their needs ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience.

 

Location: Minthis, Paphos

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

·         Provide massages to clients by appointment

·         Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most

·         Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions

·         Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body

·         Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods

·         Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients

·         Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as necessary

·         Promote a warm, relaxed feeling for members and guests and anticipate their needs.

·         Provide assistance when necessary. Perform any other duties as assigned by Spa Managers.  

 

Requirements:

 

·         2 - 4 years of experience as a professional massage therapist

·         Experience working in a spa preferred

·         Strong interpersonal communication skills

·         Time management abilities

·         Demonstrated sales and customer service skills

·         Cleanliness and hygiene standards

 

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate including basic salary, 13th salary, Provident Fund, Full year employment, Overtime Payment, and Public Holidays payment 1-1:5.
