Job Description

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a Leading Group operating across the industrial, marine, construction, logistics, and aviation sectors, is seeking to recruit a Spare Parts and Warehouse Manager to join its team in Limassol.

 

Duties:

• Manage the daily operations of the spare parts warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory control and stock availability
• Coordinate the receiving, storage, and distribution of spare parts and materials
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and maintain accurate warehouse records
• Collaborate with service, procurement, and other internal departments to support operational requirements
• Lead and support warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards
• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and operational efficiency
• Perform any other related duties as required

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, or a similar role, preferably within the industrial, engineering, material handling, or equipment sectors
• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both written and spoken
• Valid driving licence; forklift licence will be considered an advantage
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

 

Remuneration Package:

• Competitive gross monthly salary of €2,200 – €2,500, depending on qualifications and experience
• KPI-based performance benefit scheme
• Pension Fund Scheme upon successful completion of the probation period
