Job Opportunity: Tax Associate
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on qualification & experience (Standard range: €25.000-€30.000)
About the role
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Tax assistant for our Limassol office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing tax computations for companies and individuals.
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Assisting with Tax registrations and de-registrations with the Cyprus Tax Authorities.
- Liaising with the Cyprus Tax Authorities for other administrative tax issues.
- Ensuring that all tax payments are carried out on time.
- Providing support to the tax team during busy filing seasons with ad-hoc duties.
Candidate Profile
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Pursuing or willingness to pursue ACCA/ACA/ADIT qualification.
- 0-2 years of experience in taxation or accounting, ideally in an audit firm (experience will be considered an advantage, but not essential).
- Excellent command of the English and Greek language
- IT Literacy: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
