Job Description

We are expanding our team and seeking a Tech Support Specialist-Media Buying who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth technical execution of digital marketing campaigns by creating and managing landing pages, monitoring tracking integrations, and providing technical support to the Media Buying team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Media Buying team for paid advertising campaigns.
• Create, duplicate, update, and maintain landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot tracking integrations, including pixels, postbacks, APIs, and conversion tracking.
• Ensure all landing pages, tracking links, redirects, and forms are functioning correctly.
• Monitor campaign performance from a technical perspective and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Media Buyers, Developers, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure successful campaign launches.
• Test landing pages across multiple browsers and devices.
• Maintain technical documentation and campaign setup records.
• Assist in implementing A/B tests and technical optimizations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical support role within Media Buying, preferably in the Forex, CFD, or Financial Services industry.
• Strong understanding of Media Buying processes and digital marketing technologies.
• Proven experience creating, cloning, and managing landing pages.
• Excellent knowledge of tracking technologies, including pixels, postbacks, APIs, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and campaign monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead integrations.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Forex, CFD, or iGaming industry.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel.
• Experience with platforms such as Voluum, Binom, Keitaro, RedTrack, or similar tracking systems.
• Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
