Job Description
The Role:
As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent. You will partner with hiring managers and executives to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The main responsibilities of the position include:
· Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent across various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and industry conferences.
· Leverage business acumen to understand the strategic goals of the company and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
· Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and define key selection criteria.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
· Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and continuously improve the hiring process.
· Champion our employer brand, create compelling content to showcase our culture and values and provide suggestions for further enhancements.
· Provide innovative ideas for improving recruitment processes and overall talent acquisition strategies.
· Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing training and support to enhance their recruitment skills.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and technology.
Main requirements:
· BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or any other related field.
· CIPD qualification will be considered an advantage.
· At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Tech recruitment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
· Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Resourceful with drive and passion for talent attraction.
· Enthusiastic, team player with a strong drive to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office. Working experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) will be considered an advantage.
