About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Technician to join our Technical Service Team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of electrical and technology products while ensuring high-quality technical support and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair a wide range of electrical and technology products, including microwaves, water dispensers, vacuum cleaners, Wi-Fi extenders, routers and other similar devices.
• Perform maintenance and replacement of hardware components and spare parts.
• Provide technical support for hardware and basic network-related issues.
• Order and manage spare parts required for repairs.
• Update service tickets and maintain accurate repair records in the company's system.
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with the Technical Service Team to deliver excellent customer support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• University or College degree in Electronics or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical or electronic devices.
• Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Ability to provide accurate repair reports and parts usage information.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
