Εργοδότης: 

Εταιρεία Nicolaou & Konnides LLC Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Facilities Managers

Λεμεσός (διακίνηση και σε άλλες επαρχίες) 

 

Θέση/ καθήκοντα: 

Μηχανικός για ενίσχυση της ομάδας εποπτείας σε έργα Οργανισμού- πελάτη της εταιρείας που αφορούν εργασίες προληπτικής & έκτακτης συντήρησης, μικρά έργα επανασχεδιασμού, αναδιαμόρφωσης ή ανακαίνισης χώρων των κτιρίων του Οργανισμού στις διάφορες επαρχίες. 

 

•Παρακολούθηση και χειρισμός συμβολαίων εργολάβων για οικοδομικά, ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές εργασίες, συστήματα ασφαλείας κ.ά.. 

• Οργάνωση και συντονισμός για διεκπεραίωση των διαφόρων εργασιών. 

• Διάγνωση και  εξεύρεση τρόπων επίλυσης προβλημάτων. 

• Ποσοτικός και ποιοτικός έλεγχος εκτελουμένων εργασιών. 

•Παρακολούθηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και τήρησης των προνοιών συμβολαίων, εκθέσεις, προϋπολογισμοί κόστους, κ.ά.. 

 

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα και εμπειρία: 

• Πτυχίο Πανεπιστημίου στον κλάδο Ηλεκτρολογίας ή Μηχανολογίας ή Πολιτικής Μηχανικής 

• Μέλος του ΕΤΕΚ 

• Τουλάχιστον 7 χρόνια πείρα σε εργοτάξιο ή σε άλλη ανάλογη θέση 

• Πολύ καλή γνώση χρήσης λογισμικών προγραμμάτων (MS Office, AutoCad) 

• Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες 

• Ικανότητα επίλυσης τεχνικών προβλημάτων και εξεύρεσης βελτιωτικών λύσεων 

• Ικανότητα να δουλεύει αποτελεσματικά με δική του πρωτοβουλία
