We are looking for an experienced Vessel Manager to join our office in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of assigned vessels.
• Ensure compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, Class, Flag State, and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inspections, audits, certifications, and corrective actions.
• Oversee vessel budgets, cost control, procurement, and insurance claims.
• Coordinate dry dockings, repairs, and vessel modifications.
• Support crew management, performance, and wellbeing of senior officers.
• Prepare vessels for audits, inspections, and vetting activities.
• Conduct vessel visits and monitor maintenance status and operational performance.
• Liaise with owners, charterers, and other stakeholders.
• Support emergency response and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Naval Architecture, Marine Technology/Engineering; or
• Higher maritime education with experience as Chief Engineer, Navigational Officer, Vessel Manager, Superintendent, or similar.
• Ideally, at least 1 year of shore-based experience in a shipping company.
• Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, SOLAS, MARPOL, Class, and vetting requirements.
• Experience in vessel budgeting, cost control, and procurement.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Prior sailing experience on the applicable vessel type is essential for the assigned fleet.
