As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in guest interactions, contributing significantly to our renowned food and beverage service. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and escort guests to their tables
• Present the menu and provide detailed information when needed
• Deliver excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Make menu recommendations and answer questions
• Know various table setups and F&B equipment terms
• Understand the types of chinaware, silverware, and glassware used in F&B operations
• Efficiently manage reservations and handle phone calls professionally

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency
• Team player with strong organizational abilities
• Friendly demeanour and positive attitude towards guests and colleagues
