As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in guest interactions, contributing significantly to our renowned food and beverage service. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and escort guests to their tables
- Present the menu and provide detailed information when needed
- Deliver excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Make menu recommendations and answer questions
- Know various table setups and F&B equipment terms
- Understand the types of chinaware, silverware, and glassware used in F&B operations
- Efficiently manage reservations and handle phone calls professionally
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency
- Team player with strong organizational abilities
- Friendly demeanour and positive attitude towards guests and colleagues
