Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description
On behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable food manufacturing company with a strong presence in the Cypriot market, we are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor to join their operations team in Limassol.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. The role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock management, and supporting the smooth operation of the business through effective warehouse organization and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and deliveries.
· Manage and maintain the efficient operation and organization of the warehouse.
· Prepare and fulfil customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
· Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
· Ensuring the proper operation, organisation, and housekeeping standards of the warehouse area.
· Manage and monitor products stored in refrigerated facilities, ensuring compliance with storage requirements.
Requirements and Desirable Skills:
· Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism.
· Excellent work ethic with a positive and approachable personality.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Very good communication skills in Greek and English (both written and verbal).
· Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor and/or Warehouse Operator role within a company environment.
