Our Practice offers a variety of Quantity Surveying and Cost Control Services including, procurement selection, the preparation of preliminary estimates, pre-tender estimates, feasibility reports, taking-off measurement, contract drafting, tender documentation, supervision of the tendering stage, contract administration, site visit and valuation of work executed, valuation of variation work, negotiation with contractors and preparation of final accounts on behalf of the client. Special services include Value Management, Valuation of defected Work, determination of Executed Work for dispute resolution purposes, Expert Witness and Claims Management.
