The Sandy Beach Hotel is looking to hire a night receptionist.&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience as a hotel receptionist.</li><li>Knowledge of Theova Hotelware will be considered&nbsp;an advantage.</li><li>Good knowledge in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word).</li><li>Strong organizational skills.</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Professional attitude, trustworthy and have ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.</li><li>Fluency in English and Greek language, both verbal and written. Knowledge of any other language will be considered a plus.</li><li>Able to work 5 night shifts per week, during weekends and public holidays.</li><li>Cyprus resident with all necessary legal documents.</li></ul>Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet, direct and welcome&nbsp;guests when they arrive at the Hotel.</li><li>Check - in guests to their rooms.</li><li>Reply to any hotel guest inquiries.</li><li>Answer and forward incoming phone calls, in a polite and friendly manner.</li><li>Write and process emails, and other requested documentation when necessary.</li><li>Perform other clerical receptionist duties as requested.</li><li>Ensure the smooth operation of the reception and a tidy and presentable lobby area.</li><li>Check – out guests and handle money and foreign currency.</li><li>Perform other job-related duties&nbsp;requested by the front office.</li><li>Working hours are 23:00 - 07:00.&nbsp;&nbsp;Send your CVs to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:gmoffice@sandybeachhotel.com.cy">gmoffice@sandybeachhotel.com.cy</a> with the subject Night Receptionist.</li></ul>
