The firm focuses on key practice areas including corporate and commercial law, immigration and relocation services, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance.&nbsp;With a strong commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach, we are seeking to expand our team with the addition of a Corporate Lawyer who shares our values and dedication to delivering practical, high-quality legal solutions in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. What You Will Be Assisting the Team with:<ul><li>Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements including joint venture/shareholders’ agreements, subscription agreements, securitization documents and other documents;&nbsp;</li><li>Handling cross-border reorganizations including mergers, conversions, divisions and redomiciliations;</li><li>Conducting legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents;</li><li>Research, provide opinions and prepare analysis on compliance related issues;</li><li>Respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries regarding corporate legal matters;</li><li>Undertaking legal due diligence of Cyprus companies;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Drafting legal memorandums and legal opinions;&nbsp;</li><li>Providing assistance in immovable property transactions;</li><li>Drafting court petitions/applications pursuant to the Companies Law Cap.113;</li><li>Handle the communication with local, regulatory and other supervisory authorities;</li><li>Assisting the team with compliance and administrative work;</li><li>Assisting on the efficient management of workflow of the team.</li></ul>About You:<ul><li>At least 2-3 years of corporate and commercial law experience;</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB);</li><li>Cyprus Bar Association qualified;</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English;</li><li>Excellent time management, administrative and organizational skills;</li><li>Strong team orientation, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting;</li><li>Character Integrity, Confidentiality and Professionalism;</li><li>Computer Literate (Microsoft Office).</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience;</li><li>Yearly Discretionary Bonus based on performance;</li><li>13th salary;</li><li>One personal day off in addition to paid annual leave; &nbsp;</li><li>Hybrid work model: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote;</li><li>Friday afternoons off;</li><li>Piloting a 4-day work week during the month of August, promoting work-life balance;</li><li>Continuous professional development and accelerated career growth;</li><li>The opportunity to work with a vibrant, collaborative team;</li><li>An outstanding office in central location in Larnaca;</li><li>A supportive and engaging environment where everyone feels supported and inspired.</li></ul>&nbsp;If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about practicing law in a collaborative and ambitious environment, please&nbsp; send your curriculum vitae to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:m.h@mhadlaw.com">m.h@mhadlaw.com</a>&nbsp;and <a href="mailto:m.demetriou@mhadlaw.com">m.demetriou@mhadlaw.com</a> quoting the above job title.&nbsp;All applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.
