Check out the details below and see if this is the right fit for you.&nbsp; Purpose of Role/Summary:&nbsp; &nbsp;We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the smooth operation of our Accounts Payable department. In this role, you'll assist with processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the efficiency of our financial operations. &nbsp;Main Activities &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Ensure timely and accurate recording of invoices in the accounting system, correct VAT accounting and correct bill settlements accounting</li><li>Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and treasury, to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices</li><li>Manage vendor correspondence and resolve any billing discrepancies</li><li>Assist the Accounts Payable Manager in the preparation of the group consolidated and standalone Budgets for each entity</li><li>Assist the Accounts Payable Manager in monitoring and analyzing financial data and deviations from month on month (analytical review)</li><li>Any other duties and responsibilities required by the Accounts Payable Manager</li></ul> Required Skills &amp; Experience: &nbsp;<ul><li>Holder of LCCI Higher or Degree in Accounting and Finance or ACCA Student</li><li>2 + years experience as an Accountant / Book-keeper within an accounting department with international operations / vendors</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken)</li><li>Excellent use of Excel – Microsoft Office</li><li>Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong mathematical and financial skills</li><li>High ethical standards and integrity</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</li></ul> Further Info: &nbsp;<ul><li>Working hours are: 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday or as per Department Flexitime Agreement</li><li>The role is in Limassol, Cyprus</li><li>Friendly and fun working environment</li><li>23+ days annual leave entitlement</li><li>Hybrid working</li><li>A competitive compensation package which includes great benefits</li><li>Monthly social activities</li></ul>If you are interested, then please apply here: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://ingotbrokers.bamboohr.com/careers/227?source=aWQ9MjI%3D">https://ingotbrokers.bamboohr.com/careers/227?source=aWQ9MjI%3D</a>&nbsp;
