As a Senior Risk Monitoring Officer, you will contribute to maintaining company’s efficient trading operations and effective risk management.If you’re a strategic problem-solver with a passion for innovation, teamwork and a growth mindset, we invite you to join us in shaping the future of digital finance! ️&nbsp;What would be your responsibilities:<ul><li>Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimizing system parameters.</li><li>Liaison with technical team on the maintenance and enhancement of trading and monitoring systems.</li><li>Following the company’s operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Monitoring and analysing client’s trading activities and exposures.</li><li>Providing internal support to the client facing team on trading related inquiries.</li><li>Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports to key stakeholders.</li><li>Keeping up to date with financial markets information and conducting market research.</li></ul>What we require from you:<ul><li>University/College degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business, or any other relevant field.</li><li>At least 2 year of experience in a trading, risk management or data analysis related role in a financial institution.</li><li>Advanced CySEC certification is preferred.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of capital markets.</li><li>Understanding of best execution policies and procedures according to MiFID II is a must.</li><li>Knowledge of the regulatory reporting requirements and process.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills are must.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel; BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or any other; SQL or Python skill is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
