CSP JV (Cyprus Services Provider) an established Joint Venture working within the British Sovereign Base areas, has a requirement for a M&amp;E Engineer for Dhekelia, Ayios Nikolaos &amp; BRS Nicosia.&nbsp;SFA (Families’ Houses) M&amp;E Engineer&nbsp;General RoleThe M&amp;E Engineer will be responsible for the safe, reliable and cost-effective delivery of the Mechanical &amp; Electrical Engineering operations related to the Response/Reactive Maintenance works, Preventative Planned Maintenance works and Project works on all Services Families Accommodation (SFA’s – Families’ Houses).&nbsp;ProfileThe post is for an engineer with minimum three years’ experience in either contracting or maintenance operations, is a self-motivated team player with proven track record in the delivery of similar operations as described above.&nbsp;Specific Responsibilities&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review and monitor the execution of the Response/Reactive Maintenance work orders and the Preventative Planned Maintenance work orders/tasks in accordance with the provisions of the contract, both time wise and quality wise.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Design (Preparation of drawings &amp; specification related to small scale projects on SFA’s) and subsequent management and supervisor of the execution of the works, ensuring that the target deadlines are met and the works are to the required standard.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Update Maximo IMS on the progress of the works.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments in close cooperation with the company Health &amp; Safety Officer and ensuring that all H&amp;S requirements are followed by the workforce on site.&nbsp;General Attributes and Abilities&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work as part of a team.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work to deadlines.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Produce concise information and documentation with attention to detail and presentation.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good communication and interpersonal skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work within QSHE system environment.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; IT literate on all MS Office programs including Microsoft Project.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of AutoCAD would also be advantageous.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good command of the English language.&nbsp;QualificationsAs a minimum, a B.Sc. degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Member of ETEK.Knowledge of the provisions and requirements of 18th Edition of IEE Regulations will be considered as an additional qualification.&nbsp;For more information on qualifications and experience required as well as on duties and responsibilities please contact Ms Janet Yianni on 25963022.Applicants should send their C.V. with a covering letter by email to <a href="mailto:Janet.Yianni@cspjv.com">Janet.Yianni@cspjv.com</a> by 6th June 2025.All applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.
