ICAP Executive Search,&nbsp;on behalf of its client,&nbsp;a&nbsp;leading Optics company&nbsp;in the Cyprus Market, is currently recruiting for a driven and ambitious&nbsp;&nbsp;Retail Supervisors,&nbsp;to join their dynamic team in Limassol or Nicosia. &nbsp;Retail Supervisors&nbsp;(Ref. code: 5908/RS/ESS/CY) Location:&nbsp;Limassol or Nicosia, Cyprus Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist customers in selecting products like eyeglasses and contact lenses.</li><li>Provide product advice and personalized recommendations.</li><li>Guide customers through the purchasing process.</li><li>Maintain product displays and ensure store organization.</li><li>Support sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.</li></ul>&nbsp; Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or Diploma as an Optician/Optometrist, Business Administration&nbsp;or any other relevant field.</li><li>Previous experience as an Optician or as a&nbsp;Sales&nbsp;Assistant within a retail Optics store, will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and customer-centric approach.</li><li>Can work well within a team and provide great customer service.</li><li>Good knowledge of both the Greek and the English language.
