At current, we are looking&nbsp;for&nbsp;a proactive and highly analytical&nbsp;Business Assistant to the COO&nbsp;to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in&nbsp;Limassol. This is a high-impact role supporting the&nbsp;Chief Operating Officer&nbsp;in driving operational excellence across the organization. The ideal Candidate is hands-on, process-driven, and tech-savvy - especially in&nbsp;Power BI and operational reporting -&nbsp;with a keen ability to keep pace with the needs of a rapidly scaling real estate development company. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the right hand to the COO and CEO, assisting in the execution and&nbsp;follow-up of cross-functional initiatives.</li><li>Monitor and&nbsp;track key operational KPIs&nbsp;and project milestones across departments.</li><li>Participate in operational planning, helping align teams with company goals.</li><li>Design, maintain, and&nbsp;optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI&nbsp;to provide actionable business insights.</li><li>Gather, clean, and analyze operational data from multiple sources.</li><li>Assist in&nbsp;mapping and improving internal processes&nbsp;and workflows for efficiency and scalability.</li><li>Identify bottlenecks,&nbsp;propose automation or system improvements, and support implementation.</li><li>Help coordinate internal meetings, prepare presentations, take minutes, and follow up on action items.</li><li>Support the COO in managing high-level projects, priorities, and external communications. &nbsp;</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in&nbsp;Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek and/or Russian is a strong plus. Minimum 3 years in a business analyst, project management, or operations support role - preferably in real estate, construction, or a fast-growing company.</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools.</li><li>Experience with business systems, workflow mapping, and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.</li></ul> This is an exciting and demanding opportunity&nbsp;where your work directly supports executive-level decision-making and organizational success.
