Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Research and source qualified properties via market investigation (real estate agencies, property adds, etc).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Establish B2B relationships with real estate developers and real estate funds to secure bulk deals.&nbsp;</li><li>Present company’s value proposition, the essence of our business, and the benefits our product and services offer to landlords, real estate brokers and developers.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with landlords and real estate partners, negotiate prices and payments terms and administrate contracts according to company procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage pipeline overall business growth through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and local market sector knowledge to increase supply.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to marketing efforts to expand our reach and relevance in landlord, real estate broker, and developer communities.&nbsp;</li><li>Collect documentation required for the agreements and prepare the contract according to specifications determined by management and landlords.&nbsp;</li><li>On-board new properties including liaison with homeowners, the product design team and third-party contractors (e.g. suppliers).&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>University degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management or any relevant field.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated work experience in a similar role.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (written and spoken).&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Great communication and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent customer service skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Commitment to delivering highest quality.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organization and time management skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>EU driving license is required.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and advancement.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;If you are interested in the position, please submit your CV at careers@phaedrusliving.com and mention in the subject the reference PAMBDE25.&nbsp;&nbsp;Each application will be treated in the strictest confidence.&nbsp; Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.&nbsp;
