We are looking for a passionate and engaged&nbsp;Teaching Assistant&nbsp;for a kindergarten and a nursery in Limassol.The ideal candidate demonstrates kindness, understanding, patience, and a desire to help and support children in their communication. We expect the Assistant to strive to create a safe learning environment based on mutual respect, which motivates a positive attitude and student engagement.A successful candidate is able to consider individual characteristics, interests, and learning styles of children, and can effectively resolve conflicts using appropriate behavioral management strategies.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Comply with school health and safety policies</li><li>Collaborate closely with colleagues to create and maintain interdisciplinary work</li><li>Interact with parents in line with kindergarten policy</li><li>Support and assist children during outdoor/indoor evening activities and as per schedule</li><li>Assist children with hygiene procedures, changing clothes, meals, and other group activities</li><li>Establish effective communication with children using a respectful and calm tone</li><li>Support teachers in organizing classroom space, preparing materials, etc.</li><li>Work with students individually and in small groups</li><li>Assist teachers in following kindergarten policies on discipline, including addressing cases of undesirable behavior</li><li>Use various methods to motivate students to collaborate in groups</li><li>Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and gatherings</li><li>Take part in team events, parent meetings, and kindergarten-wide activities</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Higher education in pedagogy</li><li>Friendly attitude toward young children and a desire to unlock their talents and potential</li><li>Excellent command of English – native-level fluency is an advantage</li><li>Experience with the EYFS program, work in a private kindergarten, and first aid certification are considered advantages</li><li>Demonstrated strong teaching skills and a desire to inspire and motivate development</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with children of different ages, team members, and parents</li><li>Willingness to build positive relationships with others</li><li>Ability to adapt materials for a personalized learning approach</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills, a patient approach when working with young children</li><li>Ability to use creative, unconventional approaches to problem-solving</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Salary based on qualifications and experience</li><li>Valuable experience working in a multicultural team</li><li>Paid public holidays</li><li>Corporate partnership program</li><li>Provision of work uniform</li><li>Corporate events</li><li>Guaranteed endless warm hugs, laughter, and bright emotions!</li></ul>
