As part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, we embody a distinctive character and personalized service, creating authentic and memorable experiences for every guest.&nbsp;This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our next chapter and shape the guest experience in one of the island’s most iconic hospitality settings.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Champions the brand’s service vision for product and service delivery.</li><li>Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.</li><li>Makes and executes the necessary decisions to keep property moving forward toward achievement of goals.</li><li>Monitors and promotes room rates, specials, and promotions at the residence.</li><li>Analyzes service issues and identifies trends.</li><li>Works with Rooms team to develop an operational strategy that is aligned with the brand’s business strategy and leads its execution.</li><li>Monitors Rooms operations sales performance against budget.</li><li>Reviews reports and financial statements to determine Rooms operations performance against budget.</li><li>Reviews guest feedback with leadership team and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken.</li><li>Coordinates and communicates event details both verbally and in writing to the customer and property operations.</li><li>Works to continually improve customer service by integrating obtained feedback and personal judgement into action plans.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality related field or MBA</li><li>8+ years’ experience in Front Office Management or similar role in Hospitality Industry in 4- or 5-star Hotels</li><li>Prior experience with hotel pre-opening projects is preferred</li><li>Background in Marriott brand standards and operations highly valued</li><li>Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken</li><li>Outstanding communication and organizational skills</li><li>Proven ability to drive change, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency</li><li>Strong technical knowledge related to housekeeping operations and hotel systems</li><li>Demonstrated leadership, team management, and staff development abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook</li><li>Solid experience with Opera or other Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to guest satisfaction</li></ul>&nbsp;How to Apply: Please submit your CV outlining your interest and suitability for the role to <a href="mailto:careers@thelandmarknicosia.com">careers@thelandmarknicosia.com</a>, with subject: “Rooms Division Manager” by 31/05/2025.&nbsp;&nbsp;Thank you for considering this opportunity and for taking the time to apply.&nbsp;While we appreciate all applications, only those selected for further consideration will be contacted.
