Are you ready to take your project management skills to the next level?We are looking for an experienced, hands-on professional to join our company and lead the developers in our payments team in building a high-quality payment gateway. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and solid knowledge of online gaming in general, and fintech in particular. This role involves guiding the team and overseeing the processes to ensure the delivery of a top-quality product to the market. You will be part of a team of about 10 skilled professionals.All you need is:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in a project management role;</li><li>Degree in Engineering or Computer Science;</li><li>Strong analytical skills;</li><li>Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);</li><li>Knowledge of how to set up Scrum and Kanban processes depending on the project;</li><li>Proficiency in using project support and monitoring tools such as JIRA and Confluence;</li><li>Understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP(s), and REST APIs;</li><li>Technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies;</li><li>Experience in the Fintech or Payments industry (preferred but not required);</li><li>Familiarity with the PCI DSS standard (preferred but not required);</li><li>Ability to challenge and debate issues critical to the project;</li><li>Ability to assess situations using a risk-based approach;</li><li>Strong organisational, time management, and complex problem-solving skills;</li><li>Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency;</li><li>Experience working with multiple PSPs, aggregators, and alternative payment methods is a plus;</li><li>Ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously while balancing priorities and dependencies;</li><li>Ability to create technical tasks for the team;</li><li>Ability to analyse APIs.</li></ul>Your daily adventures will look like:<ul><li>Lead the integrations and feature development process;</li><li>Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally;</li><li>Collect and share the acceptance rate after a PSP is integrated;</li><li>Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver tasks that meet expected outcomes;</li><li>Oversee the operational aspects of the merchant service process;</li><li>Manage relationships with payment partners and providers — provide product updates, lead the integration process, and assist in resolving issues and questions;</li><li>Coordinate post-integration monitoring and issue tracking in collaboration with technical and support teams;</li><li>Validate integration completeness through internal QA and payment partner confirmations;</li><li>Continuously improve the onboarding process for new PSPs and acquirers;</li><li>Identify and mitigate payment-related risks, ensuring continuity and scalability of services;</li><li>Create technical tasks for new integrations.</li></ul>So, why Gamingtec?If you are a person with passion, ideas, and a thirst to advance your career, you will love our corporate culture.
