Main Responsibilities: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Set up workstations with all the necessary ingredients and cooking equipment. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.). •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Cook food in various utensils or grillers. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Check food while cooking to stir or turn. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Check the quality of ingredients. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages. Job Requirements: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Graduate from a culinary arts school. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A minimum of three years’ experience in a Cook A’. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent culinary knowledge, including food preparation, menu planning, recipe development, and&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; presentation. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent command of the Greek and English language. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Exceptional communication and leadership skills. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Creative and innovative with a passion for culinary excellence. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
