Position Overview:The Project Manager (PM) for a real estate development company is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of development projects. This includes coordinating with contractors, architects, city officials, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the specified quality standards. The PM is a key decision-maker, ensuring that the project meets all regulatory requirements, and that the development aligns with the company’s goals.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Planning &amp; Execution</li><li>Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation</li><li>Lead project teams and coordinate tasks between various stakeholders (contractors, engineers, architects, etc.)</li><li>Ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and goals</li><li>Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, environmental regulations, and all relevant legal requirements</li><li>Attend progress and technical meetings and perform site inspections in order resolve issues when they arise</li><li>Budget &amp; Financial Management</li><li>Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints</li><li>Monitor and track project expenditures, handling cost forecasting and reporting</li><li>Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effective execution</li><li>Stakeholder Communication &amp; Reporting</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies</li><li>Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders</li><li>Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication between all parties</li><li>Address concerns or issues raised by clients, contractors, or stakeholders</li><li>Quality Control &amp; Risk Management</li><li>Oversee the quality control process to ensure projects meet industry standards and client expectations</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks associated with the project (delays, budget overruns, regulatory issues, etc.)</li><li>Manage any changes to the project scope, timelines, or budget, and ensure that they are communicated and documented</li><li>Site Management &amp; Coordination</li><li>Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards</li><li>Ensure that the project site follows safety regulations and best practices</li><li>Resolve any issues on-site and work closely with construction teams to maintain project momentum</li><li>Oversee delivery and commissioning&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate development or construction</li><li>Strong understanding of the real estate development process, from land acquisition to final delivery</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management abilities</li><li>Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills</li><li>In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies</li><li>Proficiency in project management software</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li></ul>Your development is assured through on-the-job training and a comprehensive program of workshop sessions.&nbsp;&nbsp;A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.&nbsp;If you believe that you have the above qualifications, and this opening sounds challenging submit your CV no later than the 23/06/2025 on&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careers@marinakisproperty.com">careers@marinakisproperty.com</a> If you have any specific queries on the role, please contact us on (+357) 24629000.By clicking apply to this role your application will not only be considered for this position, but your details will be stored on our database and may be considered for similar future positions that may arise.
