Job Requirements include:<ul><li>Taking guests’ orders and running food</li><li>Handling cash and other forms of payment and making proficient sales transactions using a point-of-sale system</li><li>Demonstrating responsible alcohol service</li><li>Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge and suggestive selling using proven techniques</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized station – including pre-bussing and table maintenance</li><li>Performing opening, closing, and side duties</li><li>Creating memorable experiences and entertaining guests to create “Raving Fans”</li><li>Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures and practice all general safety standards</li><li>Maintaining a good appearance and following all uniform guidelines</li><li>Positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards guests</li><li>Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for serving people</li><li>High level of organization, attention-to-detail. Ability to work under pressure</li></ul>Qualifications Required:<ul><li>Previous experience will be considered as an advantage</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Basic knowledge of Greek and English.
