On behalf of our client, a leading player in the&nbsp;B2B media and communications industry,&nbsp;instrumental in shaping the business landscape across both Cyprus and Greece through its wide-ranging platforms and solutions, we are seeking a driven and commercially savvy&nbsp;Junior Business Development Executive&nbsp;to join their growing team&nbsp;in Nicosia, Cyprus. &nbsp;Junior Business Development Executive – Ref. 5897/JBDE/ESS/CY&nbsp;Key Responsibilities: The ​​​​​​​Junior Business Development Executive –&nbsp;a client-facing role for someone who thrives in sales- will be at the forefront of this Group’s client engagement efforts, will build trust quickly, and deliver results with a true sense of energy and professionalism. More specifically, he/she will:<ul><li>Be the face of growth&nbsp;– Act as a trusted advisor, connecting with potential clients and introducing them to impactful solutions that drive their success.</li><li>Discover client needs like a pro&nbsp;– Dive deep into conversations to truly understand what each client is looking for and tailor your pitch accordingly.</li><li>Showcase what matters&nbsp;– Confidently present our products and services, highlighting the real value they bring – not just features, but how they solve real business challenges.</li><li>Drive the full sales journey&nbsp;– From the first hello to long-term after-sales care, you’ll own the relationship and ensure each client feels valued and supported.</li><li>Make every meeting count&nbsp;– Whether it’s a scheduled appointment or a spontaneous opportunity, you’ll create compelling moments that move clients to action.</li><li>Stay sharp, stay ahead&nbsp;– Take part in regular internal trainings to master new offerings and sharpen your competitive edge.</li><li>Keep your pipeline thriving&nbsp;– Track every interaction, follow up with precision, and stay organized using simple but effective tools.</li><li>Uncover new opportunities&nbsp;– Whether it’s through referrals, industry events, or your own networking magic, you’ll always be on the lookout for the next win.</li></ul>Candidate Profile: We’re seeking someone who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
